Keep the body upright

Turn the arms as much as possible, while pushing Baihui 20GV upwards and dropping the shoulders.

Principal action: to release the meridians; to regulate energy; to reinforce that which is empty.

Wu lao is the name of a group of pathologies which indicate mainly a deficiency of the 5 (wu) organs due to exhaustion. Lao of the Heart, lao of the Liver, lao of the Spleen, lao of the Lung and lao of the Kidney.
